Complete Restoration provides emergency water damage restoration, sewage cleanup and sanitation, mold inspection and remediation, and related reconstruction services in the San Antonio, Texas area. Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather, and emergency conditions.
Estimates and Inspections
Initial estimates and inspections are provided based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on the full scope of damage discovered during the remediation process. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.
Payments and Insurance
We bill insurance carriers directly when coverage applies. You remain responsible for any deductible, uncovered charges, or amounts not paid by insurance. Payment terms for direct-pay services are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Complete Restoration is not liable for pre-existing damage, conditions concealed within walls or structures, or damages caused by delays beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services performed.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Restoration, its employees, and subcontractors from claims arising from inaccurate information provided by you or conditions existing before our work began.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
